Inmportant and Helpful Information

Initial Consultation

Your first visit will consist of a consultation about your conditions, diagnosis, and available treatment. Treatment can be provided same day, if necessary. If you have a complex medical history, treatment and evaluation will occur at another consultation. When you come to our office, bring your referral slip, list of current medications, dental insurance card, and patient registration form.

ALL patients under 18 must have a legal guardian or parent present.

X-Rays

Please bring ALL X-rays with you if any were previously taken.

Scheduling

We are open Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. We make every effort to get you on the same day if you have an emergency. We make all attempts to provide minimal wait times.

We always call the day before your appointment to remind you.

Financial Information

You are responsible for ALL fees and charges related to your dental health whether or not you have insurance.

 We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We collect your estimated co-insurance at the time of your appointment. If you do not have dental insurance, you can receive a discount for paying in full.

Insurance Information

We make every effort necessary and plausible to provide you with the best endodontic care around at affordable prices with the best financial options. We work with insurance companies to cover reimbursement for dental procedures.

Always bring your dental card with you, and we will submit the insurance information for you. Often times, insurance companies link and participate together so even if you do not see your company listed, give us a call, and we can let you know if services are covered.
